In 2013, Greg co-founded FMS Commercial bringing with him thirty-five years of experience in the HVAC mechanical services industry. With an extensive list of major projects under his belt, including Skycity, UniSA Whyalla and 70 Franklin Street, Greg consistently delivers projects of outstanding quality. A natural leader, Greg enjoys managing staff and contractors ensuring the best possible outcomes are achieved for every client.
As Managing Director, Greg is responsible for the overall performance and leadership of the company’s operations and developing business opportunities. He also brings his expertise in engineering efficient and cost-effective HVAC solutions.
Greg’s philosophy is that in order to create the foundation for a healthy environment to live in, one must be honest, truthful, work hard and contribute to mankind. If we practice this, we will discover there are no short cuts in life.

Following in his grandfather and father’s footsteps, the Wagnitz name has been involved in construction in South Australia for over sixty years. With twenty-seven years’ experience in the industry, Adrian has spent the last fifteen years managing his own businesses.
As General Manager of FMS, Adrian is responsible for the day to day and financial operations of the business and shaping the company’s future path to sustained success.

Bijaya (BJ) is a hardworking individual with a Nepalese background and an ability to speak four languages fluently. Following completion of an Engineering degree in 1988, BJ has gained more than two decades of experience within the Construction Industry in both Nepal and Australia. Some of the notable projects he has managed include SAHMRI, nRAH and the Adelaidean.
Sixteen years of experience in project management have lent themselves to BJ’s current role heading up the Construction Department. BJ has successfully developed and implemented new processes and procedures that both streamline projects and improve on efficiency.
BJ has successfully implemented what he believes are the four pillars required to build a successful project – Safety, Quality, Program and Finance.
Simon joined FMS Commercial in 2013 and quickly became a vital part of the FMS team. His career is founded on a solid background in practical and theoretical engineering. Simon commenced his formal training in 2008, completing an Advanced Diploma of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning followed by a three-year engineering Cadetship programme at a Tier One Mechanical Services contractor.
As Senior Estimator, Simon is responsible for generating compliant, competitive and comprehensive tender submissions. Simon excels at utilising both his problem-solving abilities and current industry data to help FMS secure and deliver technically challenging projects.
Simon is a firm believer in self-improvement and continued education, managing part-time study with his full-time role within FMS. Simon is nearing completion of a Construction Management & Economics bachelor’s degree with Honours.
Commissioning & Service Operations Manager
Joe has over ten years’ experience in the property industry within various sectors including property development, building and contracting. In 2019 Joe started at FMS Commercial as Defects Liability Period (DLP) Manager and subsequently progressed into the role of Commissioning and Service Operations Manager.
In this role, Joe manages a team of technicians to proactively commission, maintain and repair equipment for both the FMS Construction Department and for new and existing Service Department clients. The aim is to ensure that the end user receives a quality, trouble free experience from their HVAC equipment and if any issues do arise, the clients experience quality service with a prompt response and resolution.
Joe’s broad experience has proven invaluable and has provided him the benefit of a wide range of perspectives in relation to construction and property projects.
Although graduating with a degree in Forensic and Analytical Chemistry and working in both chemistry and microbiology, Debra’s strengths in organisation, attention to detail and efficiency have lent themselves to a successful career in administration.
Commencing with FMS Commercial as Service Administrator in 2017, Debra was pleased to move into the position of Office Manager in February 2019. Debra enjoys the varied nature of being Office Manager with every day presenting new challenges and rewards.
Debra believes that success in a business stems from its leaders and hopes to set a high example for others to follow.
